DELIVERY INFORMATION

We’re pleased to offer delivery to most Sunshine Coast areas Monday to Saturday. Below you’ll find a list of the areas we cover. If you don’t see your suburb, give us a call before ordering to check if we’re able to deliver to you. Orders placed before 1:30pm 7 days a week will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time we will do our best to deliver if courier is available or you will be contacted to be notified.

CAN I SPECIFY A DELIVERY TIME?

We can’t promise a specific time when your flowers will be delivered, but please call ahead before ordering and we will do our best if our schedule allows. We are unable to provide follow-up confirmations of delivery. Should you have any questions about your delivery please phone us so we can address your query.

IF NO ONE IS HOME:

If the recipient isn’t available, when possible, the courier will leave the arrangement with someone else at the premises who can accept the delivery. Or in the safest place deemed by the courier driver.  If there is not be a suitable person to receive the order, the courier will attempt to leave the order in a shaded and secure spot. If there is nowhere suitable to leave your flowers you will be contacted and they will be available for collection from the shop or a re delivery can be arranged at the sender cost.
