Ivy & Ash website own and operated by Tenielle Watson ABN:42764079369 Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Ivy & Ash reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice. Pricing and Payments All pricing is as advertise but is subject to change. But these changes will occur on the website. All pricing is in Australian Dollars. Visa and Mastercard payments are excepts. If you wish to make a bank transfer, please make contact. Ordering All details need to be correct and time of placing the order. Any mistakes are the sender’s responsibility. Should we occur any issues with delivery you would be contacted. No delivery of flowers will be made without confirmation of payment being received. All personal information is kept completely confidential. Delivery Delivery will always occur within a Timely, manner but an exact time cannot be guaranteed. If no one is home to accept delivery of flowers they will be left in a secure location, if a secure location cannot be established, we will contact the recipient to arrange a suitable time. Flowers will always be delivered with a water source. Suburbs which we deliver to are available on the site. If you don’t see your area, then we don’t deliver there. In special circumstances exceptions can be made but please make contact to discuss. Delivery hours are between 9-5pm Monday thru Friday and 8-12 Saturdays. (Sunday deliveries can be arranged but please contact to discuss) Orders need to be received by 12pm to ensure same day delivery. Availability of flowers As Ivy & Ash try and use as many local growers as possibly you accept that occasionally flowers may not be available and that substitutes will be made. For whatever reason the style has to change significantly the sender would be notified. Availability can change daily. Should we not be able to fulfill your order the sender will be notified as soon as possible. Advanced ordering If ordering in Advance, you accept that you will not see the flowers you are ordering and that the florals will be chosen by Ivy & Ash. Special orders can be placed by contacting Tenielle on 07 43396396 during business hours. If there happens to be supply issue the sender will be contacted as soon as possible and an alternative offered, differently delivery date or a full refund will be provided. Warranty, Refunds and Cancelations For whatever reason you may not be happy with your flowers, you have 12 hours to return the floral which must still have a water source and still be in good condition to sell. Each flower is different with some being more delicate than others. You can expect your flowers to last at least 4-7 days. To prolong the life of your flowers please follow the instruction provided with your delivering. If we have been provided with any incorrect information such as delivery address, we can arrange a re delivery, but this will be at the sender’s cost. If an error occurs at the fault of Ivy & Ash a replacement will be delivered, or a credit note will be provided. Remove flowers from packaging and re cut the stems and immediately place in fresh water. Changing the water daily will also assist in prolonging the life of your flowers. Can I pick my flowers? Flowers are chosen by Ivy & Ash for the best seasonal available that day/week. Should you be seeking something in particular for a special occasion please give us a few days’ notice and we will endeavour to assist you but it may not always be possible.
