When proceeding to purchase you acknowledge all Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability and you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions.

Ivy and Ash Flowers and Gifts reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.


Pricing and Payments

Products we have available for purchase in store are advertised online for sale on our website at www.ivyandash.com.au   Beware of scams, we do not have any authorised re-sellers online.

Due to seasonal availability of flowers our pricing may vary and as such is subject to change. Any variations in pricing will be updated on the Ivy and Ash Flowers and Gifts website.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars only. Online payment methods include Visa and Mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay are also accepted. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us on (07) 54396396.

Please note Ivy and Ash Flowers and Gifts will not release any products until funds have been received in full unless by prior agreement.


Ordering

It is the sender’s responsibility to provide accurate recipient details. Ivy and Ash Flowers and Gifts accepts no responsibility for orders that are delivered incorrectly using inaccurate information provided by the sender. During the delivery process, if we encounter any issues we will attempt to contact both the Sender and Receiver to ensure the delivery is correctly received.

Any Information provided is completely confidential, unless we are required by law to disclose any details.


Delivery

Suburbs avaialbe for delievery are on the Ivy and Ash Website. If your delivery destination isn’t listed then it is likely we don’t deliver to that area. If Suburb is not listed please email info@ivyandash.com.au or call (07) 54396396 to confirm delivery availability prior to placing an order.

If no-one is home to accept delivery we will attempt to contact the recipient seeking permission to leave the delivery in a  secure location, flowers will always be delivered with a water source. If the property is gated or there is no suitable location we will make arrangements for order collection from Ivy and Ash Flowers and Gifts at 73 Frizzo Road Palmview Qld.

Deliveries available 7 days a week. Orders need to be received by 1:00pm for same day delivery. Deliveries generally occur between 10:00am & 2:00pm. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but will always occur within a timely manner.


Availability of Flowers

Where possible, Ivy and Ash Flowers and Gifts source flowers and in store products locally. Occasionally, “flowers of choice” may not be available due to unforeseen seasonal interuptions. If a significant variation is required we will notify the sender as soon as possible. In the event of a product supply issue we will notify the sender as soon as possible with an alternative product, a revised delivery date or a full refund offered.

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure our Website accuracy, Our ordering platform doesn’t sleep, we do. Availability can change daily.

We accept advance orders and will make every effort to supply “flowers of choice”, if unanavailable we will provide a “similar” alternative to the same value chosen by our florist.

Flower Care

Each flower is different with some being more delicate than others. When cared for correctly you could expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days.

To prolong the life of your flowers please do the following:

  1. Keep in a cool area and out of direct sunlight

  2. Change water and trim stems daily.

  3. Further helpful tips are readily available online


Warranty and Refunds

If you have any concerns please come see us in person, contact us on (07) 5439 6396 or email us on info@ivyandash.com.au to discuss any delivery, product or warranty claims.

Mistakes can happen, if we make one be rest assured we will offer a solution. Please be respectful through this process. Abusive language or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may be reported to the authorities.
